The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia is pleased to announce the winners of the 11th Advanced Architecture Contest, which received 103 submissions from participants around the world.
The jury evaluated the proposals independently through an online voting process. The results of the evaluation are presented below.
Jury Voting Results

Following the evaluation, the international jury selected 16 finalist projects, from which a first prize, second prize, third prize and two honourable mentions have been awarded
The first prize receives €3,000, the second prize €2,000, and the third prize €1,000.
In addition, the three prize-winning participants will receive a full scholarship for the first year of a Master’s Programme at IAAC.
Honourable mentions may also be awarded at the jury’s discretion.

By participating in the competition, however, they grant IAAC the right to publish, exhibit and disseminate their work —in digital, print and exhibition formats— for educational and promotional purposes, always with full credit to the authors.
Selected projects will also be featured in a special publication and international exhibition curated by IAAC during the events of Barcelona 2026 – World Capital of Architecture.
